A beautiful blend of qiviut, merino and silk in a gorgeous natural color.

The superfine merino and silk adds elasticity and strength to the softness and warmth of qiviut which remains noticeable in its feel and halo. It is a yarn suitable for diverse knit and crotchet projects.  Nunavut Qiviut yarn is hand blended and gently processed.

Spot clean. Dry clean. Handwash gently in cool water. Gently squeeze, do not wring, to remove excess water. Reshape and lay flat to dry.

Nunavut Qiviut’s source of fibre is the hides of wild-harvested muskox used for meat and fur by Inuit as part of their traditional economy and culture. This is the main source of qiviut in the world.
