Intermediate Spinning with Katrina of Crafty JAK's - Register at Baaad Anna's Yarn Store
Take your spinning to the next level!
In this Intermediate Spinning Class, Katrina will work with you to develop a more in depth understanding of your yarn structure, fibres, and twist and how these things affect your finished yarn. She will also be covering project planning and colour management.
This class is designed for the curious spinner who wants to better understand how they make yarn.
Please bring a wheel, a lazy kate and 3-4 empty bobbins with you to class. If you have a spinner's control card, that is also handy to have but not mandatory.
Prerequisites: Students must be able to spin a continuous thread.

Materials can be purchased at Baaad Anna’s Yarn Store.

DATES: Wednesdays, February 5, 19, 26, March 5 and 12th from 6:00-8:00 pm.
COST:
*$80 deposit and Rental Agreement with a credit card required for the Ashford Kiwi Spinning Wheel due at the time of the first class*
Minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants
Refunds or Credit for future classes will only be provided if we are notified either by phone, email or in person at least 72 hours in advance of the class or workshop.
We request you do not attend the class if you are feeling unwell, please note, partial class refund is not available, and the 72 hour cancellation policy applies.

INSTRUCTOR: Katrina of Crafty Jak's Boutique
Katrina is a fibre expert, dyer and creative force. She loves to play with colour and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. She sincerely hopes that her relaxed style and passion for the fibre arts helps to inspire a new generation of spinners.
