Passion 8 is an 8-ply ring spun cabled yarn that can be considered a heavy fingering or sport weight yarn. It is a perfect blend of top quality merino and nylon, making it soft, bouncy, and durable. It is suitable for a wide variety of garments and accessories such as socks, shawls, and especially sweaters, especially in tone on tone colorways. This heavy fingering weight yarn has a great handle so it is a joy to knit.

Really great! Dense on a US 1 (especially if you knit tight like me), but it's a dream to knit with and it's super durable. Very springy, soft, and the colour is fantastic (I have Vancouver and Mint Chocolate Chip). I wish the store could stock up more colour ways from Ancient Arts and I plan on making soooo many socks with this yarn.
